I’ve spent the last 25+ years building, transforming and scaling F&B businesses across India.

I started behind the bar, learning hospitality from the ground up. Over the years, my role evolved from operations and beverage management into brand strategy, business leadership, P&L management, marketing and multi-unit expansion. That experience has given me a view of the business from both sides — the guest experience and the numbers behind it.

Today, I work with restaurant and F&B businesses to turn strong ideas into distinctive brands and commercially stronger businesses. I bring together strategy, operations, marketing, product, pricing and guest experience to solve what is holding a business back — and create the systems and direction needed to grow.
