GROWTH & EXPANSION

Scaling Hospitality Without Losing Control

Opening one restaurant is very different from building a multi-unit hospitality business.

As a business grows, it needs repeatable systems for locations, people, procurement, training, supply chain, marketing, quality and financial control.

I have helped scale a hospitality business from one location to 11 restaurants, managed 22 units across 14 cities, and more recently helped expand a network from 6 to 10 restaurants in six months.

My experience includes catchment analysis, unit economics, franchise operating systems, brand manuals and new-store-opening frameworks.

I believe restaurant expansion should be built around a model that can be repeated successfully — not simply around opening more locations.
